Always leave fallen tomatoes in my beds. For years, I have never seen them come up on their own, yet if I throw some bad ones in my compose pile. I get plenty of transplants. Interesting how that turns out

People move their tomato plants every season or two because in a lot of places, nematodes and other root-borne pests can start to become a problem in just a few years. Another factor is where you live. I do have ONE variety of tomato that self-seeds and the seeds survive our harsh winters. It's actually a crossbreed between a black krim and a roma tomato. They're small, interesting, prolific, and... not that great. Lol. I usually let them live and I'll use a few in some sauces and let them come right back. Because they worked this hard to survive here, they darn well deserve to live. Lol.
@pastorchrismullis12 күн бұрын
@BaughbeSauce that's a good point about the soil born disease and pest problems. Indo rotate mynother tomatoes varieties. So far, I haven't had that with my cherry tomatoes. Perhaps I've been lucky so far. Maybe, 🤞my cherries are developing a resistance. That would be nice. But it may be wishful thinking.

There is one god. Jesus was his messenger. Jesus wasn't god, that doesn't make sense. Did Jesus create the cosmos? Did Jesus create matter and space and time itself? No, he was just a man calling others back to the worship of one god, just like many prophets before him had done. I wish you the best luck in finding your faith and finding the truth through that faith. God bestowed us with intelligence, and curiosity, and wisdom. Use those gifts. The devil gave us ignorance. Don't stay trapped in one box of the understanding of god.

Man my drain plug is super stuck. Any advise on getting it loose?
@pastorchrismullis2 ай бұрын
@RedCatHabitat I've had luck with PB Blaster penetrating spray. Spray it on and let it soak in 30 minutes. Then try again. You may have to do that 3-4 times. Actually, you may have to do it for several days or weeks. I broke loose some seized spark plugs from my rusty old truck, but it took several months. Other times, I've broken loose bolts after only one or two applications. Just be careful not to break it off.
@RedCatHabitatАй бұрын
@@pastorchrismullis thank you so much for your response. I have been using our mower as a plow for a couple years now. We found a cool plow attachment and its been working pretty great so far. I'm having trouble getting it started this winter and I'm going down the rabbit hole of things to try. However, changing the oil is still on my list and I've now, regretfully, started stripping that horrid little square plug. I was trying it with a 7/16th Crecent wrench which fits pretty well but is sliding off. And worst of all ive given the nut a little bur where it's started to round off, so i dont know if a proper tool will even fit anymore. what a nightmare. I've gotta figure out how to get this thing off. Ive been hitting it with that pb blaster stuff. Ive got a 14mm hex socket which seems to fit snug and im going to try my impact drill on low on it once the adapter i ordered arrives.. that might strip the nut i guess but idk what else to try at this point, its really on there. Ive got a 1/2inch extender which someone recommended but all the wrenches ive tried grabbing it with just cant get a purchase. I also ordered a little hose attachment which i plan on replacing the wretched square plug with -if i can ever get it off again. any ideas/advice? thank you in advance.

@RedCatHabitat patience. Lol. The impact driver is actually a good idea. Keep applying that PB Blaster and be patient. If you totally strip out the nut, I'm not sure of the next step.
