And if you are looking for more of a blue print training program that you can do with them or oversee but has more guidance and videos showing exercises I have a 6 week online program that doesn’t expire so just an option! Either way hope my channel can help! Here’s the link! www.dynamictraining.fit/general-8

Hey Coach, how often should you do these? 2-3 times a week? Also, if your lifting do you recommend doing these in leg days or not? Thanks!! Super advice!!
@DynamicTrainingWithDTАй бұрын
I would add these in 2x a week Forsure! After the first few times you won’t be sore but it will still help you develop those small muscles that are so important these are a great warm up on leg day as well
@HectorGonzalez9096Ай бұрын
So will this help with a 880 m sprint cause i need to get faster. Also do these count as leg days cause I usually deadlift and squat with about 70-100 pounds. So I was wondering if I should do this before or just space it out on different days.
@DynamicTrainingWithDTАй бұрын
It’s good to do with leg day not instead of leg day! I would do it before to fire up your glutes and hips then finish legs
@Pookiebear36Ай бұрын
I play basketball and I was just explaining to my mom how I can make like all shots in practice and I can literally handle the ball so good. Then I get in the game and I like miss all my shots and turnover the ball sometimes. And when I see my coach disappointed and my teammates looking at me like “what’s wrong with you, just make the shot” it works me up so much and I get so nervous that if I mess up again, I’m gonna let everybody down and that mindset makes me mess up even more. Then I get embarrassed and I just end up having a bad game. I need to overcome that so I’m def gonna try these tips.

I know this is gonna sound really nerdy. I don’t experience this much in physical sports because I’m too distracted by the actual activity. But if I’m highly focused on a competitive video game, I can notice myself get heart palpitations, and be on the edge and really worked up. so I have to just pause for a minute and train my mind to breathe more slowly and be more positive about what’s happening on the screen because otherwise I get very worked up on occasion.
