Improve Your Vertical Jump. Jump Training with Vertimax.

Jump training is a highly searched topic. So in this video I show you drill that will help you improve your vertical jump. Our athlete in this video plays basketball, but this drills will help your ability to jump no matter what sport you play. One of our favorite jump training tools is our vertimax machine. So if you have or use a vertimax you can utilize this drills. If you do not have a vertimax you can perform all of these vertical jump training drills without the resistance provided and still see results.
