This process requires you to have an employment contract from a Spanish company first, which then you’ll apply (via an agent in Spain) and be granted with the “NIE” (with the permit/authorisation to work) from the relevant Ministry. With this “authorisation to work”, the visa can only be issued by the embassy. Then you’ll move to Spain. If a Spanish company requires an existing permit to work, it means that they’ll only consider you if you’re already working in Spain.

Hi Nikki, you have to exit the immigration to go to Oryx Lounge. During your exit, you may show the immigration officer that you've an outbound flight 8 hours later. They'll typically let you exit. And to take your next flight, you've to go through immigration again. Hope this explains!
