Some advice for you, I’m learning as I go with my first taco, get the clam shell bushing installed on the front diff and then look into some decent upper uca. I got freedom off road for mine . Puts the upper ball joint in a better angle and you can dial in the camber and castor a lot better on your alignment. Sharp looking truck. You’re correct on everything you say. I still gotta get cmc possibly for mine though. Slight rub on the deep turns only

LASTFIT they make LED bulbs for all your lights in side of your truck I have to go back and look but I seen a guy get red led bulbs oh not for the whole inside you got the red ones the ones right above your rearview I knew you can get different colors but a lot of people I’ve seen get red Guys they go shooting and use night vision New Year’s Eve please have the red lights inside of their cars because of them using night vision check it out i’m gonna look it up now because I’m about to get some things for my tacoma and I want to make sure it was LastFit that had Color bulbs for the inside of your vehicle I really like LastFit they make really nice LED bulbs and I believe like the headlight bulbs and I think like the fog light bulbs they might all have a two year warranty you can probably contact them and I seem like a lot of people would do reviews on their stuff and I think they look out for them but they make great product and I like their belly I mean they’re LED fog light bulbs there to switch backs turn them on and there white then turn them off and back on there Amber i’m just gonna grab those for now and then I’m gonna buy a nice pair of fog lights and my wife has a RAV4 than ours stick my fog lights on her RAV4 when I get the nice ones

The ride in my stock '06 Tacoma already sucks. It is not the trucks fault. It is just that those trucks are so freaking light that they bounce all over the road. My 3/4 ton Chevy truck does not do that.

What is the size for the tacoma piece you put to the grill? I know there is 4 screws but I didn't recieve them in my package. And I was gonna Dremel those edges so the toyota piece can fit better.

Anyone do uca’s and leafpacks? After the suspension swap? Because a lot of people claim it gets bouncy. I have the stage 1 currently and it still rides nice. I have poly performance uca’s. Rough country leaf packs. I want to upgrade bump stops next. Im sure the suspension will get bouncy if everything else remains the same?

I just came across your channel today I just bought a used 2018 TRD pro Sport and the guy who own it this truck is immaculate got the same piece for in side of the Center column and ihave the Chrome and I seen like maybe two different people so far that plasty dip or Hydro dip their Trd Tacoma rims and I’m def going to do the rims and the grill and i can’t stand any crumb on the truck so oh my brother has a automotive shop and I’m taking it down there this weekend one of his mechanics he’s a friend since we were in high school and he has call 2021 Black laminate forerunner his I have all those black badges stock with the new bronze color TRD forerunner rims I’m gonna get a set of those sure if I’m going to get black or the matte gray not right now I want to do my rimes with Plasty dip to see what it looks like on my truck call later on oh would like to powder coat them later on after I have are you light bar I see a lot of the commas with the 32 inch Lastfit led light bar and they have the brackets for that bar to fit like it’s factory and the last fit led head light bulbs high beams blinkers and tail lights they make really nice stuff oh yeah when I bought the truck the guy had put a 3 inch lift on it so I don’t have to do none of that got brand new tires GENERAL GRABBER A/T tires I was really happy about that I was thinking about buying a new one but I did not want that four-cylinder supercharged motor that I watched a lot of videos online a guy with a 2022 tundra the motor blew up 5000 miles on the truck and then there was another guy I’m trying to remember what year it was but his motor took a 💩💩💩 twice that’s crazy that is nice as those trucks look I am totally happy with what I got and I got a six cylinder Engine so I know I won’t have any problems

I have a 2022 Barcelona red Tacoma SR5 V6, and I took it to the Toyota dealer regarding a recall letter. They checked it and replaced a nut and tightened the nuts to proper torque, they found no issues. It took about 3 hours total to complete. I like this Toyota dealership they're on the ball. My Truck was made in Mexico, and I haven't had any problems with it. I have 10200 miles on it now. 🛻 I lucked out getting this truck brand new during covid, and I love it. 🛻

I just ditched my 2R kit after 20k miles for the Dobinsons MRR kit. The eibachs really start to soften up and get bouncy in the front after 15k miles.

This video really does not tell you much of anything, here is the deal, the axle manufacture installed a new design shield on their welding machine that welds the end plate to the axle tube. When that new design shied was installed it was not installed to the proper spec and that allowed weld splatter to get on the end plate that is welded to the end of the axle tube. If the weld splatter is on the flat surface of the end plate around the four axle retaining nuts then there may be weld splatter under the nuts allowing them to come loose and possibly fall off, that will allow the rear axle to slide out of the axle tube and could result in loss of brakes and a crash. Not every Tacoma was affected by this but Toyota and the axle manufacture do not know how many axles were affected so all Tacomas starting with build date 5/22 through the end of the 2023 model year run are included in the recall to check them. If you want to check it yourself look to see if there is any weld splatter on the end plate and around the four nuts that retain the axle. If that area is free of weld splatter you likely do not have any issues, I have a copy of the page for the Tacoma rear axle and it shows the torque spec for those axle retaining nuts to be 36Nm/27 ft lbs of torque. 36 Nm converts to 27 ft lbs of torque. I checked my 2023 Tacoma and the end plate has no weld splatter on it and the nuts are all tight when I checked them with a torque wrench. I have a video on my page showing the page with the torque specs and shows you the four nuts involved on the end of the axle tube.
