The thing about Clapton is he plays what he feels. He plays from his heart and his soul. everytime he plays a song it is different to the last time he played it. It also helps being a master of the fretboard. Ive listened to him since the Yardbird and seen him several times (including twice with Cream). Some people say Hendrix was better and Page is better but it is all subjective. For me there is only Clapton and the late great Jeff Beck. Both very different but both mind blowing

This is an awesome recording in that it highlights Clapton's playing without much of accompaniment of the band. At least this is the way I heard it.

Absolutely loving these comments about the Maestro that is the Great Eric Clapton! When Eric does not look at what he is playing plus looses himself in a zone that is completely his own.. is what I love so much about him.. he feels his way through his playing .. it’s extraordinary as I have not seen this from anyone but Eric! Every time Eric plays is a Miracle of Mastery for myself .. I admit that I cry the moment he walks on stage .. due to his stage presence plus control constantly! I cannot even remember how many times I have seen him play all over the world .. however there is no possibility of being disappointed ever ! That beauty of a guitar is my favourite colour too! His hair is beautiful long! Eric you have it plus so much more! I often wonder if you realise how phenomenal you are? There is no genre that you cannot play! Gd Bless you 4 Eva 🙏❤️🙏

I grewup listening to Mr.Clapton… around 14yrsold.. lm 67 now & still love his blues& his amazing vocals & guitarist… This is truly 1 l would have had been been knocked out. I Love Eric Clapton & appreciate his influence on my life.
