This video is primarily about the Fed-Cardassian War that happened many years before the Dominion threat, so I didn't focus as much on later conflicts.

@@CivilizationEx I get that, no offense meant, I enjoyed the video. I just thought the end of the video when talking about the legacy it over states the importance of the war a bit, like when you said the Federation-Cardassian War was the last major engagement for an independent Cardassia but they had a whole war with the Klingons, and the talk about how the war weakened Cardassia when they still wanted to invade the Federation in TNG season 6 in Chain of Command, they sent 15 ships to attack the Changling homeworld knowing that could provoke a war, so clearly they didn't feel weakened. Granted, they often overestimate their abilities because of the Border War, the reason the Klingons win so easily is because they fought to win while the Federation just wanted to maintain the status quo, I feel like that was the real legacy in that they started delusions of grandeur.

@ Those are good points, but I would argue the Fed-Card war was still their last major engagement because, although they felt like a superpower, in reality they became a declining power after that. Although the Cardassian did seem like they wanted to invade the Federation again, I think this was at a point they greatly overestimated their capabilities and believed they could get the Federation to concede more territory. When it came to actual conflicts, they were defeated by Bajor, struggled with the Maquis and when fighting the Klingons were losing badly. And the attack on the Founder Homeworld was led by Enabran Tain without permission from the government and was meant to end the war before it started by destroying the Founders. So for me at least, the Fed-Card war was their last great moment, and after that it was all decline.

Correction: At 6:07 although Tenenial Djo was a Witch of Dathomir, she was part of the Singing Mountain Clan, not the Nightsisters.

This game would be so much more popular if they didn’t have the worst possible controls. Everything in the game is a fuckin chore, not because that’s how the game works, but because everything that should be simple and easy (movement, simply clicking objects, combat etc) isn’t.

That's certainly a possibility. I feel that he lost much of his strength during his 300 year imprisonment, then quite a bit more when the split happened.
