I know this is just out of topic but got to know that people are saying our yoga culture as there by saying christian yoga and all.. Yoga is a word which initially came from योग.. I know some people will start bullying me right here in the comment section but but but you shouldn't STEAL someone's culture by saying it's there, you might haven't said in the video(as I didn't saw the video but the thumbnail shows it clearly) that you own them but the one who started saying it, did!! NAMASTE🙏🏻

I have enjoyed tour 45 minute longer video several rimes, but just found these shorter ones. They are great for stretching and focusing on the Lord in the morning during the week when there is less time. Thank you for making them! It would be great to have some newer ones produced by you with music as well.

Funny , Jesus spent most of his missing years in Tibet, India (learning eastern philosophies )and in Egypt. Yet Christains think there is this one true living god and every thing else is false.

The history of yoga is a long and intricate journey that spans thousands of years, evolving and adapting through various cultures and civilizations. The origins of yoga can be traced back to ancient India, and its development is closely tied to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The following is a broad overview of the history of yoga: 1. Pre-Vedic Period: The exact origins of yoga are somewhat unclear, but archaeological evidence suggests that yoga practices may have existed as early as the 5th or 6th millennium BCE. These early practices likely involved ritualistic and meditative elements that laid the foundation for later yoga traditions. 2. Vedic Period (1500 BCE - 500 BCE): The Vedas, a collection of ancient sacred texts in Hinduism, contain references to early forms of yoga. The Vedic sages developed rituals and practices that involved breath control, chanting, and meditation. These practices aimed to unite the mind, body, and spirit and were seen as a means to attain spiritual enlightenment. 3. Upanishads (800 BCE - 200 BCE): The Upanishads, philosophical texts that explored the nature of reality and the self, expanded on the concepts of yoga found in the Vedas. They introduced the idea of an inner self (Atman) and the ultimate reality (Brahman). Yoga, in this context, was seen as a path to self-realization and liberation from suffering. 4. Classical Period (200 BCE - 500 CE): The classical period of yoga saw the development of several significant yoga texts, most notably Patanjali's "Yoga Sutras." Compiled around the 2nd century BCE, the Yoga Sutras provided a systematic and comprehensive framework for the practice of yoga, outlining the eight limbs of yoga, which include moral principles (yamas and niyamas), physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. 5. Post-Classical Period (500 CE - 1500 CE): During this time, yoga practices diversified and evolved. Various schools and styles of yoga emerged, each emphasizing different aspects of the practice. Bhakti yoga (the path of devotion), Karma yoga (the path of selfless service), and Jnana yoga (the path of knowledge) were some of the different paths that practitioners could follow. 6. Modern Period (Late 19th century - present): In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, yoga was introduced to the West by Indian teachers like Swami Vivekananda and Paramahansa Yogananda. Yoga gained popularity in the West primarily as a form of physical exercise and stress relief. In the 20th century, influential figures like B.K.S. Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and Indra Devi further popularized yoga and developed various yoga styles. Today, yoga is practiced worldwide, encompassing a wide range of approaches, from traditional and spiritual to secular and fitness-oriented. It continues to evolve, adapt, and be influenced by cultures and societies across the globe while retaining its core principles of promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. WTF is this Christian yoga😂😂 now Christian missionaries copy paste😂😂

Thank you, may God bless your ability to challenge so many closed minds, arrogant egoic opinions and fixed lines put in place by dogmatic indoctrinating systems. God is love, god is breath, Be Still and Know That I Am God, he is there beneath the ego mind, he is within and Yoga is a beaitufl way to be in fellowship with The Living Spirit xx
