This is the best Airport currently not just in India. The eco friendly concept is just mind boggling. Bengaluru adopts things even before Capital Delhi Or Mumbai .

This airport has absolutely nothing similar to the Changi airport (Singapore)...

I have been lucky enough to fly from T2 several times now.. early on only domestic flights from Air India and Akasa were operating.. I am telling you it has kept becoming more awesome. If you want to really experience the BLR T2.. 5:30 AM / PM local time.. it glows golden.. The live plants inside, first time was a shock, every time I go there, I am telling you.. it's a very quiet terminal.. Massive traffic goes through... but maybe because it so close to nature, it's very calm and no ones shouting or talking loudly.. most are just looking around in awe !!! Good for the planet, city and the world. FYI, some rather old Bronze statues from as far back as 900 CE are in a plexi glass on display.. You can see it within 2 inches of all those statues of our deities. It's respectful, we can see our history up close, so close, most in the world have to go to museums and they can't see it from closer than 2 feet.. here you can. It's beautiful that they did this.. thanks to the temperament of local Kannadigas, this can't be done else where.. I hope that changes.. I will be happy if it changes..
