Such fun to follow along with you young'uns to see how you will change the place. I have to admit we looked at it before B & S but did not have the imagination to change it into our "dream house" so we started over ourselves at OR40 instead. LOL Good for you two- wonderful project!

I can completely remember back in 1980 or so when Ms S Hansen dug into remodeling that "old 70's house by opening walls to make a "great room" and then she put up that grass cloth! We all thought oh so " sophisticated" I guess?? LOL

Noooo! Not the '70s wallpaper and the "horses" borders! Say it ain't so!

Ariana, you have some very nice video…..maybe you could add a little more vocals and explain what the different classes are all about. Talk about the different courses for the different classes and how many laps are raced and scored. You’re going to do fine. I worked at outer pylon 4 for 17 years…..up until the Covid cancellation. A certain number of photographers were escorted out and allowed to photo 1 or 2 races a few times during the week. This is where you’re going to get shots you can’t get anywhere else on the course. You’ll need to contact the appropriate personnel at RARA NOW, for next years event. I am not sure how the Hogue tragedy is going to affect the air race program. We’ve had several fatals over the years……Galloping Ghost in 2011 being the one that almost ended the annual event. This years G-lok incident may eliminate any civilian access to the pylon area. But if you’re serious about your channel, you should at least look into those resources. Again, very nice presentation.

I was crew chief on a couple of stock mustangs this year and that fire near Lake Tahoe really messed up the races early in the week.

I was at pylon 8 Sunday. It was pretty crazy with the three maydays, and seeing Jim Rust come flying past us on 18/36.

It's really cool that the air races have picked up a good sponsor like Stihl, Ive been using Stihl chain saws since the 70's, they really are one of the best saws on the market

As a Sportsman owner I'm curious to know which cameras you used and how you mounted them. The cockpit view shows very little vibration, a challenge I have yet to overcome. I've used suction cup mounts on the windshield and mounts tied directly to the cage but both suffer from camera shake at some power settings. Great video - love seeing another Sportsman in action!
