Something I find interesting is that I see a lot of top 100 pros play courses in their downtime without their caddies and still shooting 6/7 under or more. Which makes me think are the caddies more of an emotional support than an advice support during big tournaments. Now obviously with non pros caddies are a big support and can really help them lower their scores

I have to disagree about the level of competition. Jack faced a much tougher crowd. Jack knew that Palmer, Trevino, Watson, Player could catch him if he didn't stay focused. I doubt Tiger ever had to worry about being beat. That large group of major winners in Tigers day never made him sweat. No real way to compare eras. They were both great, but Jack is GOAT, IMHO.

Tiger has (as of the day I wrote this) won 15 of 94 majors. Jack won 17 of his first 94. Tiger's accomplishments are great, but comparing Nicklaus's play up to his age 65 season doesn't give an accurate reflection of the actual picture.
