What does it mean to memorise mark schemes? Is it like memorising questions and answers?

My school is starting on the 15th of January (my country’s terms and holidays work different, but we have the Cambridge curriculum) and I’m starting grade 10. This video really motivated me even more to do really good this year. I have always in the top ten of my grade, but I really want to take it to the next level so thanks for all the notes. When I actually write my final exams, I 100% will come back.

But how did you do all of this for all your subjects in just a few days 😭 Because it take me a long time just to do one past paper and also how did you have time to practice for all your subjects? For example do you study maths, chemistry and biology for 2 hours each or maths for a whole day after school and then biology the next day?

I haven't experienced a string snapping before/during a concert, mostly because I haven't solo'd in a concert yet, but as part of the orchestra, I have had some of my tuning pegs suddenly unwind, and then I don't have enough time to retune the string before the next piece starts. Very stressful indeed. I just played the notes I was able to. (I don't have the skill yet to improvise shifting on other strings). Also, when I tried to retune my E before a song, I accidentally hit the tuning peg of my G string, so I couldn't play on that either XD

What motivated me was knowing that if i have to try again , Ill have to pay for it , and its a lot whether i manage to work and paay for it myself or my mum ends up having to pay for my education , it's a loss of a big enough amount of money and also the fact that the minimum respect my family and people ik have will fall rapidly and I'll be a laughing stock fs given many people predicted I'll fail if I went like how I did , now idk what's gonna happen but a big part of me believes that I'll end up proving them right and be a huge joke but a small part of me hopes i end up getting grades good enough to not have to repeat gcse and die , i personally wouldn't mind doing it again if it meant becoming a pro and learning things properly but i care too much more about people's eyes and opinions to respect my love for learning instead of grades.
