Am making only jollof rice for 300 guest the couple is the one buying the bag of rice and meat The 200k am charging is jxt for the buying of the ingredients nd other things to make the food and there re the ones coming to pick it up in a cooler, I did the costing nd it came out 200k but I haven't told them yet

That big derica is the same as 1 Congo.... foe the rice portioning per plate (1000ml) ... there's a scoop spoon used to measure for events ....2 and half of that spoon is okay for a plate . Unless you want a full plate
