Hey thanks for the vid! I have a question. The low row machine in my gym doesn't have a pad to put my chest on. So stabilizing is pretty difficult. If I use weight, that I can easily row, strenghtwise, it's still difficult for me, to keep my back straight. Do you have any idea, how I could improve this? I've filmed myself then doing the row and my back is not exactly straight. Muscle mind wise, it feels good, but I dunno if it's so good for the back long term.

That’s totally wrong. To activate the bicep you will need to apply resistance while curling. But here you are extending the elbows which is a function of triceps. If this is for biceps then skull crushers are also for biceps, I mean, why not. “Hand position” is bullshit, it’s not for biceps.

@@cuzzywuzzyfuzzy you are stretching the bicep not activating it, when the bicep is activated it pulls your hand towards your body, but while doing a pushup you arent pulling your hands towards your body you are pushing your body away from the ground

The bicep pushup was popular during covid as a way to use body weight (lack of equipment) movement for the bicep. Im not sure what you want me to say, it isnt recognised as a efficient to choice to work biceps in any gym environment with access to equipment. Eccentric is a form of activation though so i think its still a good bodyweight choice if you have no access to chin ups or cant do a chin up.@@bwkanimations7352

Good form, but don't swing your shoulders as much. You're using your lats to do the work uour biceps should be doing. Honestly ...lower your weight, and you'll see much better gains.
