In the Netherlands we learn quite a lot of languages in school. We get Dutch & English in primary school. And when we get to high school, we also get German & French. The highest levels of hogeschool, gymnasium, also get Latin & Ancient Greek. Furthermore, there are high schools that offer all the subjects in both Dutch & English.

What is my opinion on Utrecht? I don't like it that much tbh. There's like 5 major cities I prefer over Utrecht. But it is a beautiful city in some areas! (sadly car culture and ugly modern developments has kind of ruined the outskirts of the city). So you have to get through the ugly places to get to the beautiful ones. But it definitely has it's charm, I'm always jealous they have that canal with the multiple levels on the side. That one is beautiful. But it's only one of the only canals they have, so as a canal lover, I'd still rate Utrecht only like 7/10 (even with that one beautiful canal).
