It's a shame your wasting all that money in the Armpit of America Las Vegas 👎 Come to where i live in Scottsdale Arizona 🌵 and youll never leave especially Paradise Valley where homes there start in the Millions and the closer you get to Camelback Mountain, the higher up in the Mountain you build the more Money it costs and go up in value every year plus the lowest Real Estate taxes in the US its 2% you wont find lower than that my house is 4800 sq ft and a modest $1.3 Million Dollar home in Triple Crown Estates it's the Beverly Hills of Arizona 🌵 I purchased my house in 2022 and its gone up in value $100k per year. You wont get that kind of return in Las Vegas you two guys should of done your Due Diligence before settling down in Las Vegas 🤮💩👎

Sorry mate, having a coffee / oven in a bathroom is just ridiculous lol. I don't know what designers you guys are working with but I've been designing high end homes for 30 years and I have never been asked for something like that and I wouldn't do it. In a master bedroom maybe, but in a bathroom lol, WTF. The tiles are bland AF, ok they will never go out of style because they were never in style at least not in a high end fit-out. A lot of these super expensive items are design to take money from people that have more money than sense. When you do a kitchen you never have generic cabinets that don't go to the ceiling or a bulkhead because it get covered in dust and grease, it also looks cheap. Mini split AC which is exposed looks cheap as sht, if you have to use them instead of a ducted system you need to hide them in joinery. The floor in the garage looks like someone spilt paint on, not sure what material it is, polished concrete would have been fine.

Those outlets and lighting are a must. The cost of adding them during construction, is minimal, compared to adding them after the fact if you change your mind. Those bathrooms are too much, by the time Mike figured out all the crazy adjustments, i will already be getting dressed.

I would definitely not put colored bathtubs in the houses you renovate, it would make it a lot harder to sell, other than that beufiul house.

Marc, your videos are so warm and tasteful and I thank you for sharing with us. I’ve had a rough week that began with a birthday id like to forget like everyone else did and wrapped up with my vehicle being broken into and my submariner was stolen because I take it off when I’m working at certain places. Insurance is a joke and won’t cover it. If anyone wants to say a prayer for a stranger I could use them.

Nice house. Make you're lights, heating etc voice controlled (easy to do) then you don't need to remember which room you are in, you can just say instead using you're phone. Ive got that in my house and I never use phone control while I am in my house.
