If these guys were serious about doing homes with the kind of money they have they should buy these homes in blocks. They're making KZbin videos because real big-money investors don't buy homes like this. Investors buy homes in "block sales" by essentially purchasing large portfolios of multiple homes at once from sellers like real estate developers or distressed property owners, often using all-cash transactions, allowing them to acquire a significant number of properties quickly within a specific area or neighborhood, rather than buying individual houses one at a time through traditional methods.

I have owned homes throughout the city and do like Summerlin but I have to agree that it is quite isolated from the rest of the city. I now prefer Southern Highlands, another one of Las Vegas’ most sought-after neighborhoods, offering a balance of privacy and convenience. Just minutes from the Strip and the airport, it provides a quiet retreat while staying easily accessible. Its location on the city’s southern edge is especially convenient for those coming from Los Angeles, cutting out the extra drive through town. With limited land left for new development, it’s an area worth keeping an eye on not to mention the area looks absolutely stunning.

I usually find Michael very entertaining and humble, but in this video i felt he was out of touch. I know people that would give anything to have half of that house, myself included. I get that he worked hard to get where he is at, but working hard isn't the only factor to consider. Many people work hard their whole life not getting anywhere near owning a house like that. Lastly, i get that you personally won't live in it, but 99.9% of the population of the globe would be more than happy to.

My only worry is that Michael has very high end taste (which is great!) but I feel it could very quickly run up the budget and cause the house to become out of reach for the target audience you are trying to catch? There's certainly a touch balancing act between high end finishings and not over spending.
