The fact that the wonderful Lang Lang accepted Billy Joel's invitation says a lot about both. Fantastic musicians, with mutual respect, admiration and the ability to make people happy. BTW: as a pianist I already played this piece, but never 100% without any mistake. It's very challenging obviously.

I completely agree with everything about your comment. This is a very challenging piece for me to play on piano as well. Some of the runs with the right hand trip me up, and the little Am bridge part still needs some work. I can get thru the song (which is a good sign), but there will be some goof ups. lol

Every time I hear this song, I picture a bar fight where someone is getting a pint of beer poured on thier head, and the person covered in beer starts chasing the other person who poured it. Everyone else is chanting FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT while the pianist is busy hammering away at the keys😂😂😂😂

LOL. Am I right in guessing that the lighter-colored one is older and the red and cream one is younger? It reminds me so much of when my friends and neighbors got a Border Collie puppy and my Shih Tzu was already older. The puppy was always up in my dog's face and my dog was not having it! LOL

Hah! Actually, Tallulah, the brown and white, was probably 8 years older than Penny, the yellowish one. But Tallulah was my spoiled princess and Penny was a friend's timid rescue. They were a good pair, Tallulah got Penny out of her shell,

Yep... it's so sad, I lost mine 3 weeks ago, and we miss him so much he is gone, I still feel he is around, keeping sniffing here and there, God blessed their beautiful heart, shihtzus are so lovely ♥️😭
