I miss spending hours in the studio, but I don't miss the headaches I used to get. I was obsessed with perfecting vocals and playing with effects. Always looking for that unique sound. People would tell me to take breaks, but I physically couldn't. My brain wouldn't allow it until the song was done. By the time the song was done, I still hated it because I listened to it already a million times. Eventually, I quit the music biz because I knew I would also have to perform these songs for the rest of my life.

Did he use an output expander to seperate the tracks to individually mix each track or just dump the whole beat out from the stereo L and R outputs?

I've go zero respect for "songwriters" that wear bling in the studio. Who needs a "method" for defining a song structure? Nope, go pawn some jewelry.

I like Scott Storch without the smoking. He sounds very humble, and a nice guy.

2024 and beyond, I dont think we need an actual human producer much. AI is making some dope azz beats, Im talking pure classic stuff. I think we will see very few human producers in the coming years. I love AI. The only ones hating this comment will be the producers wannabe just keeping it real.
