I've used one 2 years now. The pocket on the end is perfect for a box of shells, standing upright, easy access . I use the bottom pocket for gear not used as much [I find it a little more awkward to get in to] like first aid kit, hand pruners, zip ties, cordage, multitool ect.. The thermos, bottle carrier on the end is great again easy access. The top main pocket is great for fast in and out stuff, calls, snacks, headlamp cell phone and the plastic pockets are good for permits one side wallet on the other. The shoulder strap is really good with a contoured non slip pad that won't dig in when carrying long distance. They are a well made and sturdy bag that permanently retains their shape, pricey but built to last a lifetime.

I have 3 of the clinger cushions. 2 for IWB Kydex holsters work great. 1 for a knee cushion in my truck, my right knee bumps against the front dashboard and it uncomfortable this cushion fixed it. The only issue I have with the clinger is the price they chart for Velcro dots. Don’t know if different adhesive than regular Velcro dots but am going to try them anyway when the clinger dots wear out.

It's a real shame because I've loved my Profesional n82 for years and just bought another from crossbreed who bought them out and the back is no longer that brown leather, it's a vented fabric of some sort. The belt clip isn't metal anymore it is plastic! There's no imprinted American flag anymore and that I'm sure has something to do with the label on that back that now says MADE IN MEXICO. Thanks Crossbreed for buying my favorite holster and ruining it.

@HuntsvilleHunter Absolutely. It's just sad that crossbreed bought a good design and found a way to make it cheaper and the quality suffered and sooner or later they won't even be made anymore because nobody's gonna want these, yet they'll still hold the patent so nobody will be able to make them. If it wasn't for the twist draw these would be my perfect 10 holster.

I own both the LC380 and LC9. The LC380 is not only easier to rack, but the trigger seems just a tad lighter and smoother. Once you practice a hundred rounds, the trigger isn't bad!

The extended rings from Talley would work much better and give you some adjustability. The extended front ring version brings the ring back about a 1/2” to make up for the long action.

Awesome video! I noticed that your trigger has the exact same amount of play as mine when the safety is engaged. At 10:00 you pull the trigger while the safety is on and there is a small amount of travel once you attempt to pull the trigger. Is this normal? My worry is that the small amount of travel when on safety will reduce the pull weight when it’s switched to fire mode. Meaning if it’s a 3.5 lb trigger but I press the trigger a bit while the safety is engaged it would then turn it into a 2.5 on trigger because there was that small amount of travel. When watching the installation video on the cmc channel, their trigger clicks and springs forward when pulling trigger with safety engaged. Mine is doing the same thing as yours. I called cmc and they didn’t have an answer. Said they would get back with me but I never heard back from them. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
@HuntsvilleHunter Жыл бұрын
Hey Matt, there will always be a pinch of travel while on safe, regardless of the manufacturer. Here’s why…look at the safety latch of any AR (which is mass produced by various manufacturers). Notice the notch in the middle of it that blocks the trigger from moving….its impossible to be “flush” where no movement would occur. Trigger companies get veeeeeeery close…but that’s the best they can do. Hope this helps.
