I did a 3 day water fast. My first in a long time. I had the woe is me look on my face, my actions and my words, I never let anyone know except my husband that I was fasting at that time. But I tried so hard but because I have a decently active job, I had to at least drink something. And I broke my fast by drinking almond milk. I was disappointed I was almost at that 72 hour mark, i surpassed chest pains, shortness of breath, and much more. But when it was pointed out, I felt that I didn’t want to be a “woe is me” so I broke it and almost immediately felt better.
