Hindu is not a religion number one . Two stretching your body is not demonic , GOD says take care of your temple , that isn’t just be sitting around . If you actually really studied Hinduism you would know that they are very intelligent and have very life saving medicines . The Hinduism today is over board but the original way is not demonic . It’s people who make things dark .
