Seems legit , i contacted them about a question for a e39 drive shaft. ("Can you fit a i6 shaft and a v8 shaft together? I know the e39 is too long for a one piece. "). My e39 touring has a turbo e36 m3 built motor. They talked me into a one piece, said its fine. Said they sell lots...... Well, they sold me a shaft that has a critical speed well under redline. If i go over 6000 rpm in 5th or 6th it will rip off the bottom of my car and cause a big accedent. They said the m3 e46 diff was the same as the e39 m5 diff... Its not. One is treaded to the dtive shaft the other is not. Its judt like this video. Bolts did not fit/cause vibration .... Seems legit is a joke, they are riskkng peoples lives .... They say offroad use only ,then post video of their parts on public roads. I cotacted them about the issue ,on the phone and in emails.... They ghosted me....if your thnking about one of these, stay away. They are heavier than stock. They shake at "half critical speed " a.k.a. around 3000 rpm. / Highwayspeed. Biggest thing, your guibo acts like another harmonic balancer / place to break instead of your motor/ engine.... If you shut and let out the clutch below the motor rpm, it willl BANG HARD, killing your whole drive line.

Waste of 1300$$$$ to make your car drive terrible. They don't know shit. "No torque spec ". ?! They designed the part..... I have sense switched to a stock m5 shaft and trans , for thousands more. Just to fix the issue they caused trying to make a dollar risking people's lives. .lesson learned

It took them 3 times to send me the right axel spacers. Cost my shipping from them , back to them , from them , back to them , from them ... Shipping charges 5 times. Cost more than the spacers. I should have known then to not buy the driveshaft. It was the only "drop in solution" however , it wasn't a solution at all

Curious do you plan on running one of those plastic spacers between the manifold and head to eliminate heat soak? I think they call it a phenolic spacer.

You can run stock coils with the stock wiring harness. I believe they also have a wiring harness for stock coils that looks cleaner.

Great job, my guy what's the total cost of doing the di delete kit? I put it around the same prices as a single turbo kit. You'll need injectors, manifold, wiring harness block of plates, and tune. It's this or maxxecu for me hopefully this would be cheaper 😅 😅

Definitely cheaper than Maxx ECU... Just doesn't have the ability tocontrol transmissions and other perks that you get from a standalone ECU

@@austinaustin2751 pretty much done. Can't do much else until I get the car running. Hook up my laptop to the CANTCU, fill in the numbers.....then fill the transmission completely... But I can't do that until the engine is running🤷🏾♂️

That’s a cool! I know you did this for cooling, but I see you had the turner aluminum relocation reservoir. I did a single turbo on my 135 recently, I had DG Autowerks make me a 2 into one reservoir. Which I thought was cool when I seen it. I did it all in AN fittings as well…👍🏻🏁

Another benefit is you don't have to fight with those stupid quick connect fittings that go to the OEM cooler.... And it gets rid of that ugly line loop that's on there... In the future when I want to put in new power steering fluid. All you have to do is unscrew one side from the cooler and turn the wheel a few times 😄

Solid video! Do you run mhd? I was looking at the company website and it says they sell custom licenses for mhd to support the fuel mods if you go with their kit. Is that what you will be running or a custom tune? Thank you in advance!

@@WetNightmare8 yes... You have to have MHD... Originally the car was tuned by JSRtuned... But with this program im probably going to have to go with wedge performance.

@WetNightmare8 the only real downside to doing this is you're going to use more gas.... The upside of DI is it's efficiency. The only issue is piezo electric injectors are kind of shitty. That's why BMW doesn't use them anymore they switched over to solenoid type I believe.... But with PI only You don't have to worry about carbon buildup on your valves. And you don't have to worry about index injectors and hpfp shittin the bed on you eventually. So it's a bit of a give and take

@@blrn54 they have a whole Wiki about the kit on their website.. the kit has never been "stocked". there's still fulfilling pre-orders from March, I ordered mine the end of April. As I stated in the video they are fulfilling orders as the parts of the kit (di plugs) are made.. unless you plan on tuning yourself and are familiar with Port tuning I stated in the video two different tuning services. wedge performance and David Shoup.. both can be found on Facebook.

Great video! The info on the fuel system is really helpful. I'm confused why nexsys have the stock n54 coil harness as an option to buy. I would've blindly bought that without this video 👍

Hey there, our FAQ covers that question. The fuel and ignition harness run together, it's a good opportunity to clean up the visible wiring harnesses since you're removing the DI fuel harness. Some people have our B58 coil kits while others want to continue to use the stock N54 coil's and we didn't want to force people into buying our B58 coil kits just to have PI so we made both.

Does the center support go back on for the driveshaft? I'm having vibration problems and two different shops have looked at it and can't find anything wrong. It's driving me nuts. I kept the 335 subframe with the Condor bushings out back for the subframe and M3 diff. My stock bushings are still there for the trans and engine. I'm wondering if maybe I need to beef those up.

Interesting idea. Looking forward to the test drive. Would u have been able to use nutcerts on the subframe for the brackets? Looks like Nexsys is sending kits out again so soon hopefully! Wedge tuned my car for several different options. Now running E85 FF w/ReFlex…21,23,25,27 psi maps. Like u said he doesn’t go to ragged edge.

And I'm adding it to a car that didn't come with paddle shifters so I don't know if there's an extra step for that...
