I had the radeon’s before and they are great maybe even a little bit more quiet. Just like the coloration of the reefled160 light better. For me it was not worth to pay the extra 200-300k more for the radion’s.

What settings do you use on your camera for video and for photography (Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO)?
@LGReef24 күн бұрын
would u recommend it for a 60g tank mostly sps dominant. I tried bulk reef supply version but saw that the media exhausted quickly and only helped ph for about a week.
@swissfragreefer24 күн бұрын
I always added some RO water over the media, then you get 2-3 weeks out of it. But yeah it is not cheap. 60G is probably the minimum I would do SPS. The smaller the more difficult. 60g will be fine.
@LGReef23 күн бұрын
@@swissfragreefer ok I ran sps in a 43g with success but I transferred all my sps corals over to my new tank and lost quite a bit and they are all pale. Hopefully they recover soon. Idk what else to do any tips
@swissfragreefer23 күн бұрын
@@LGReef If it is a new tank just take it slow. There is probably no secret recipe for success. From my experience after the first year it gets easier to keep sps. The first year is always hit or miss. I doubt that the PH is the biggest issue in your case.

I worked for a filtration company, never go over the rated psi for your rodi system, if it’s 100 psi set a limiter, don’t ever boost it, the result is reduced purity of your water as the membrane has its limits. Put more in parallel if you need more than 100 gallons a day.

just saw this on my yt feed. i definitely made a mistake using this… by relying on my hanna checker; very unreliable. it was reading 0.3 meanwhile my icp tests of the same day were 0.08… i did this dual test 2 times. so please be mindful that hanna’s checkers can give erronious results! and when i started dosing phosphate-e a few days later it killed my scopas and blue hippo tangs. when this happened i was waiting for my icp test to come back and simply relying on my hanna PO4 checker. big mistake
