Can you do just mineral water and baking soda?

I commented 8 months ago but wanted to come back and update. This Dr helped cure me 100% in 1-2 months. I felt relief before this time frame. I only needed to do this for 2 months but felt relief long before. Please try this, it's truly miraculous. I'm forever greatful. I'm usually not a believer in natural things but I was desperate. Inhale while spraying? Wouldn't that make the water go up into your lungs? That's a bad thing, isn't it?

My lpr really only affected my breathing. No heartburn or pain. I had a terrible wheeze and was continuously on steroids(prednisone). This has been going on for years. I had both a pulmonologist and gastroenterologist that didn’t help. Finally I realized maybe a topical inhaled steroid would work. And it did. I got my pulmonologist to prescribe trelegy elipta inhaler. It’s used as a maintenance drug for asthma/copd. After years of not being able to breathe or do anything, I got my breath back!! If ur LPR is like mine and really affects breathing get ur doctor to order this med. It has turned my life around.

I think you're making around 32 oz of solution. That's not going to fit in a nasal spray bottle. I read that the water will last 1-2 weeks max before the alkalinity dissipates.

For metric, I use 1 teaspoon of bicarb for every 80ml of liquid.

Mercy, im nervous. I have the hiatial hernia and this surgery on the 27th. I have terrible acid reflux but these side effects sound terrible.

After having a pneumonia and bronchitis that I suspect were both caused by LPR, I asked the gastroenterologist I had a consult with, if LPR can cause this and her answer was NO. There are no doctors who know about this and patients are getting misdiagnosed and mistreated. And despite if this knowledge being public.

Most of those spray bottle of nasal spray u say to dump out and use, do not unscrew and at the tip there is a tiny hole...how do we get the alkaline baking soda mixture into that bottle? Will a travel size empty bottle be ok to use for that? That won't work for spraying up the nostrils though. ???

Where do I get alkaline water? Most water is a pH of 7. If you add baking soda it will bump the pH up to 8 or higher, which makes it alkaline anyway. Why do I need water that is already alkaline. How are you measuring the pH?

Thank you so much for this. Been suffering with LPR for 10 years that's still not being effectively treated by doctors. Just had one of my worst cases of it that started 9pm that lasted til 5AM the following morning when it finally settled just enough to sleep. I was up all night with horrendous wheezing, causing nasty coughing and throat clearing. Went to the store this morning to buy what I needed to try this because I was still wheezing heavily after waking up. Do not inhale nasal spray like he said. It hurts and you won’t be able to take a deep breath.
