This was a good refresher and also challenging as I am trying to get back into shape. I struggle with my knees when they make contact with the mat. Also, I need to build more shoulder strength to push myself up into the backbend. I will continue working! Thank you for the motivation!

I've been using this as a leg workout weekly for close to a year and I can say my legs are bigger and stronger than they have been in over a decade. I've slowly been increasing reps, and adding variations too. Great workout!

This was my first time doing yoga with you. I really like your style and it was a great workout with a stretch. The only thing I would like to add so you can help grow your channel is to get rid of the commercials. They are quite distracting and I am not always in a position to skip them while I’m doing some of the poses. I say this because I usually pick channels that don’t have commercials. Thanks so much for this yoga workout.

I tried to follow this practice, I don’t pay for KZbin premium, all the other channels have ads at the begging but your practice was so hard to follow as it is full of ads all over the 30 min, so Bad 😢

Great workout but THREE COMMERCIAL BLOCKS of 30 seconds in the middle of the workout is really not doable with flows like this. You're halfway through your skater squats and then there's a 30 minute commercial, what are you supposed to do in those 30 second?! Totally got me out of the flow. Of course you need to make money and a commercial between the intro and the workout and at the end is fine. But in the middle 3 times really ruined it for me.
