very well presented. I've always agreed that leaders lead and motivate. No one is a born leader but one has to have some sort of talent to work with and be willing to grow from there. I also love how you describe what leadership isn't. So many times within a place of employment it is thought that there is a need to go with the employer who has been there the longest or knows their job or unit well. Yet, that is not always the case because of the "leadership lid" you mentioned. I love that! Growth can not become stagnant.

Great interview. I had the opportunity to meet Neil Giraldo a few years ago after a performance at a local theater. It was a short conversation in which every minute fully radiated his creative passion and authenticity. His music, life story, and drive to give back are all incredibly inspirational.

This is a good video and very informative on taking off the leadership lid on your own potential. This is process of maturity character development and growth. I like the 3 C's. Calm, Courageous, Confident and Consistent must have a high leadership lid or no lid at all. Enjoyed this information. I am willing to grow being around greater leaders.

What a thoughtful discussion. Some of Lindsey’s best moments are when he’s interviewed by a more everyday person. I wish the regular media would have him on (without a gotcha agenda).
