This video is still incredible despite what I am going to say now, kung fu does not make you better than a Sambo fighter for example or Muay Thai, because many people believe that kung fu is the best martial art because it is very old , and when they see a video like that they come and tell you “haha I told you that kung fu works and is also superior” and knowing about many martial arts, what I see here I also see in Sambo or in Muay Thai or the modern Chinese Sanda Practicing a 1,500 year old martial art does not make you a better fighter, nor is kung fu the best style because the vast majority of people cannot do it as the theory says, not to mention the super surreal forms that seem useless to me. . Here we also did not see 100% the theory of Kung Fu, what the forms show us or what the movies do not sell.

Okay, to clear the thing with everyone saying that they’re surprised to see an actual kung fu fight, this happens in our schools all of the time. As a kung fu practitioner myself, we always spar like this and I know other kung fu schools that do the same, it’s just that nobody talks about it for whatever reason.

This is one of the best realistic kung fu sparring bouts I've seen in years! Love the applications and the footwork. Ignorant people usually say that kung fu doesn't work in real life situations, but from what I've just seen here, this can prove them wrong.

This is so much more entertaining and aesthetically-pleasing than your typical kickboxing and grappling fight/sparring session. Even though both are practical, I'd rather watch this style. Good job to these guys and their teachers(if they had any.) And you too, for recording this. I would've never known that people still implemented kung fu into sparring.
