Did you find you slept better when on the fast, more vivid dreams or deeper sleep? Also the reason you had so much energy on the fast was your body got its fuel from the fat stores in the body and generated its own energy, I think it’s called ketosis. Also I think when you urinate while on a fast, all the crap is expelled via the urine. Good on you for giving it a go. I also just eat one meal a day, it’s called OMAD. It helps keep you healthy.

I remember working on a property in Berry nsw about 13years ago with my old man. It was a rammed earth build. We were doing the electrical. But as a 16-17yr old I'd never seen anything like rammed earth. It never left my mind. Been fascinated since. One day id love to have one. Your build is awesome

I really like the aesthetics of this type of construction, however I am a little concerned about its ability to withstand earthquakes, and Chile is not uncommon to have earth movements of scale 7 (Richter).
