When you are soaking you add the salty water to the bucket each week? Every week 1 more litre, or are you tipping the old water out and putting new salt water in?

Each week I tip out the old salt water rinse in fresh water as in the video then I add fresh salt water and leave for another week. In the vid I was doing 5 litres of salt water and this doesn't change, I just have a 2 litre measure cup. BTW I tasted them after freshly bottle and I did it again they are Devine and will only get better with time. Hope that helps.
