This clearly demonstrates the difference it makes when countries deliberately work to create an intelligent, educated, well trained police force that aims to de-escalate and keep the peace, compared to countries where there is good reason why many citizens have little respect for their police force. As an Australian, I really wish our country was more like theirs.

I’m from Scotland & only used to seeing American cop videos on you tube & they’d of probably tased or been rough with that man & built it into something huge, how refreshing to see police not escalate a situation & still remain in control, a laugh at the situation & still deal with him, excellent policing & safer for the community no doubt ❤

Man, why can’t our cops respond like that? It’s so nice to see them not escalating a problem by yelling or lashing out when the perpetrator is verbally abusive or becomes unruly and kicks out at them. They really kept their cool and found the humour in the situation. Very, very professional. BRAVO!
