2024: My American friends aren't only still using cheques! They also haven't heard of things like scan as you shop, they still have to file their own taxes, manually add tax before reaching checkout. I've not seen a cheque in 20 years! If my company pays me it's directly to my bank account. If a friend transfers me money it's ditto or PayPal. Almost nobody uses cash anymore except for the few places that don't take card.

Gordon Ramsey is an ass. How many people has he belittled? What a POS! There are plenty of chefs in the world. Who needs an arrogant one who belittles others?!!!!!! Boycott his restaurants. It's easy to do, just go somewhere else.
