Ahóój. Omlouvám se. Ale nejdříve se smíchají všechny tekuté ingredience, barva, aroma, vejce, olej je třeba to dobře rozšlehat a po té se dělá těsto. 👍🇨🇿

my pop ups aren't floating.What can i do
@FishingAroundUK
@FishingAroundUK 9 күн бұрын
Hello there, thanks for watching :) The base mix does float reliably, so one of two things has happened; you’ve either A./ not microwaved them long enough as shown in the video or much more likely B./ whatever you have added to the base mix as flavouring is causing the boilie to sink. Some ingredients work better than others, and it’s a bit of trial and error with what you want to use

You can write down the list of the ingredients you put in it, sir. (I don't have a Turkish translation on my phone) What should I do to prevent mold? Thank you.

I have had really good results with Anise oil although strawberry jello works well for both carp and catfish here in the US.

Use a bag for life to mix it in, no mess, washes out easy stick it on line inside out to dry. Brown sauce is a good addition 👌

Oh my word mate, you've made this far more hard work than it needs to be. Mix ALL of you DRY and ALL of your WET then mix to the desired consistency. Please for the love of a bend in your rod, no need for all that flour, It becomes harder and harder to work with.

You're gonna need a bigger mixing bowl or why not use a groundbait bucket or collapsible bowl ??? You can still show folk what exactly you're doing.

Lets be honest here,a lot of us British anglers (not all !!!) are bloody lazy and would rather spend bloomin fortunes on shop brought baits etc... when there's really no need !!! Ok it's up to the individual how they spend their money but a little thought and application etc... can save you money and go some way to catching that fish of a lifetime. The only tackle shop bait i spend money on is maggots. Other than that it's supermarket and pet food/animal supples shops. Enjoying the ingenuity of all the bait ideas etc... I'll definitely be trying out your ideas,liked & subscribed 👍👍👍

With the sweetcorn, could the fish not fill up on it rather than your hook bate?
@FishingAroundUK
@FishingAroundUK 2 ай бұрын
Hi there, thanks for watching :) sweetcorn seems to go through the fish quite quickly. Carp can eat a lot of food too, so the amounts involved here carry fairly low risk of filling the fish up. Presentation of your hookbait is very important too

I've not tried this yet but my wife watched the video with me and I was told that if I make the prawn mixture I'd best be ready for a sound thrashing. LOL (I'll just stick with the jelly one.)

How do you hook up the jelly?
@FishingAroundUK
@FishingAroundUK 2 ай бұрын
Hiya Darren, thanks for watching :) The jelly cubes are firm enough to stay on the hair fished in a PVA bag over a little pile of bait - I usually use bait floss and a slip D rig for carp fishing. The better way to fish gel baits in my opinion is to use end tackle made for fishing cubes of luncheon meat. Enterprise make these, other brands are available, have a look in your local tackle shop for them 👍

Very interesting video friend. Been years since I went fishing and my mindset then was It's not the bait you use, it's knowing where the fish are, and attracting them into a feeding frenzy. Planning to go again soon with my nephew for specimen carp, but google searching for days on bollies, groundbaits, glugs blae blae gave me a headache and gave up. Costs a fortune for a day's + fishing so making cheaper I'm interested. Tight lines from Wrexham N.Wales

Thanks for watching :) No need to spend a fortune, check out my video on making boilies at home, they catch just as well or better than shop-bought and you probably have all the ingredients in your cupboard at home already. Some lovely waters round your way, get out there and catch some monsters! Tight lines

@@FishingAroundUK Thanks for your reply, I will watch it today and use it, with a few tweak's of my own 😂😂. There is a ground bait I came across on YT: Cabbage, lettuce, carrot, beetroot, spinach and sure that was it but I would add kale, dehydrated tomatoes, cucumbers, sweetcorn, hemp seed, snail flakes and shell, then blend into a powder. I would add your ground bait as a binder. Additionally on the bank adding chopped up worm, dead maggots and casters, fresh bloodworm's, snails and krill. Your opinion would be much appreciated on what home-made glugs etc, you would add if any. Tight lines friend.

That’s a lot of ingredients! A fairly specialised mix for carp from the sound of it, I bet the fish will love it. I did make a video on carp-specific groundbait, which uses frozen berry mix as an alternative to glug or oils. That works really well in the spring when carp are feeding on similar, however with glugs I do think there is an element of watercraft involved. How clear is the water and how fast is the flow plays a big part in deciding what type of groundbait or glug to employ. I would certainly use an oil in my deadbait pike fishing when the river is up and coloured, for example. But on a fine, bright day at a stillwater where the water is clear and I’m fishing over a small carpet of groundbait for carp, I’d be more concerned about my hookbait spooking them if I used glug. A method feeder type arrangement always seems to produce - I do prefer to bait in moderation however, so I am aware not everyone shares my views on the subject! Tight lines

I just made the "TeriBerry" ones they are drying out as I type this I used all the same ingredients but blended the life out of it all first so I could use dry mix the only thing I done different was I added some Nyjer seeds then used a small amount of plain flour on my rolling board for the sausage rolling then rolled the boilies with a cheap small rolling table put them on the boil gave them the normal amount of time to do their thing then put them out to dry but noticed on a couple of them they had the flour still stuck to them made them look odd but still for the price of the ingredients I ended up doing two lots with all the ingredients I had made so I made a different lot with my own flavours and then made these with your flavours and you are right different ingredients make life difficult but I've ended up with a kilo of 2 different flavoured baits for about 5 quid and still have left over ingredients because it's all straight out of the kitchen cupboard and what wasn't in the cupboard is now so I'm fairly happy with that but I have to say these "TeriBerry" boilies smell very suspiciously like boilies I used to buy from a tackle shop I knew many many years ago let's just hope they work as well anyway fantastic video I'm glad I come across it when I did because I'll be using my boilies at the weekend first time I've ever made my own boilies so fingers crossed.

Interesting blend. Instead of biscuits, I use dryd dog food & dry cat food. As it adds that attention to my mix. As here in Canada there isn't alot of, fishing tackle stores that sell ground bait mix 🤨. You can't even get maggots, I had to make my own maggot farm. Trout fishing guys hate me, catching more than them 😂😂😂
