correction its baking powder not baking soda with this you dont need coconut shell to ferment and not using stone grinding for rice which is the traditional way and place it on clay kettle (palayok) in pilipino the original puto calasiao rice coco shell water and sugar only

Ok. I put SUGAR in the brine YES. But some of you maybe think I drink the brine? The sugar just neutralizes the sour taste of the vinegar. It won't GET IN and SUCK into the watermelon 😂 Why are people so worried about the SUGAR 😅 I'm sorry but.... 🤷‍♀️ DO YOU DRINK THE BRINE?

Pwede po ninyo i replace ng Coconut milk yung tubig. Dagdagan nyo lang po para di masyadong malapot. Mas magaan po kasi sa panlasa kung tubig lang.

I used sunflower oil. You can also use avocado oil or any oil that's not have a strong taste.

Hello 😊 I downloaded some of the images from google then transfer it to canva.com ... Some sticker images were from canva (you can use canva for free) then just print it to a sticker paper or picture sheets like I did, cut it out and you're good to go 😊
