Whatever amount you usually throw in half it .. When the food is almost done you taste a small bit ..if then it needs more you add but also not too much ,the more you do that with each meal you will know exactly how much to throw in according to your taste ..the same with spice add less at first and adjust as you start tasting after a while you will become the master of your dish

For a thicker gravy more onions ,green pepper and tomatoes and give your curry base some time to simmer on low and thicken up and don't throw in too much water small bits at a time ..hope that helped a blessed day to you and family ❤️

Gadja i learned to make rotis on your late sisters page in 2016. Through the years i perfected it, howeve ryour video reminded me about the kneeding cause i got lazy and the last couple of batches not at its best

Heat oil in medium deep pot , test small amount of batter in hot oil. When it forms a round swollen shape and rises to the top in 10 second, your oil is ready for frying. Now fry off dropping batter using a dessert spoon , fry on each side 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Tip - if your daltjies comes out too oily - too little flour . If it don’t rise - too little baking powder . Too dry - too little water in batter . Little taste - too little salt . Enjoy #spekkorice #spekkoinfluencer #spekko
