Thursday I am having an L5-S1 spinal fusion. 🥴 in 2020 I had a microdiscectomy followed by another in 2022. I bought myself a cheap pair of tap shoes on Amazon and made a tap board to try and trick my hip and leg into loosening up. Never had tap a day in my life 😅 but I dance along with your tutorials best I can and enjoy every minute of it. I asked my neurosurgeon last week if he thinks that my tapping could have helped me to not have any permanent weakness in that leg and he said absolutely!! I plan on getting right back into it soon as they will allow after this one. I told my husband I deserve a better pair with this being my 3rd spinal surgery in 4 years. Thank you for putting these out!! Your style and personality make it very easy to follow along. 🫶🏼

Hi can i ask i did this dance and after a few attempts i got it but after my Calf and Tendon at my ankle hurt after the 4 quick steps and the skip Did i it too hard on impact to my Right foot
