What does ball change mean? I have heard that term so many times but have yet to hear an instructor explain it. It's always been expected that It's already understood. It's always just confuses me.

Hey there - a ball change is essentially just 2 steps...stepping on the ball of one foot, then changing your weight to the other foot. You can also think of it as rocking from one foot to the other. Hope this helps! 💜
