Great video, thanks. The only thing i would change would be to use a female header soldered in for the connections, and then the wires could just pushed in to the header. This way, it would be easier to change out any bad wiring connections. I would also add a volt/amp meter and a good heat sink to the XL4015 chip, so it doesn't overheat when wattage gets high. However, great video and thank you. This is a very cheap way for anyone to get a decent, adjustable power supply.

Good job. I maked DC electronic load with IRFP260N and op-amp , and added a digital ampere meter in series on negative voltage. Now I can test maximum 30v/6a.

@Electronic_For_You then some other MOSFET in parallel heats up To clarify below is the connection i have 6 MOSFET for each side of primary, ie 6 parallel MOSFET(irf1404) for one side of primary winding and another 6 for the order primary winding ...(In ur case u had 4 paralleled..) Input is 30khz, ... 12V

There are lots of things that can make MOSFET heating, Ic failure , check the output signal , and Transformer turns difference between primary half can also make one side MOSFET heating

@@Electronic_For_You yes I checked the gate drive is perfect and symmetrical. The transformer turns ratio 3-0-3 is also right . . Yea my suspect is i used 2mm wire for 3-0-3 , and the winding is not 100% in shape I say. ..may be switch to a small capacity transformer?? Recreated the design with 2 , 4, 6 parallel MOSFET (irf44N, irf3205, also 60n60 igbt ).. but same only 1 heats up in parallel, if I switch the primary sides then another MOSFET heats in the other parallel group I too doubt the low winding resistance and inductance ...

mine came broken it doesn t do anythinbg no matter how u turn both potentiometer output voltage is awlays equal to input voltage with and without load!! ... do u know what would be the problem mybe post the circuit diagram ? thanks
