Brother, the schematic is not understandable. You put sg3525 once, then tl494, why explain what happened to the story

SG3525 cannot Generate enough dead time, so my MOSFETs exploded, So I used TL494 with Adjustable Dead time control!

@@Electronic_For_You In 0:49 I can see you connect pin 5 and 7 of SG3525 together, this mistake can create dead time too short for H bridge. In manufacture datasheet, you should put 100 ohm to 470 ohm between pin 5 and 7 of SG3525 to increase dead time and prevent shoot through in high side and low side of H bridge. Maybe it can help you😀
