its a beautiful property but would absolutely need some updating inside, you would think for 12 million there would be at least a 4 car garage and a pool as well though!

A terribly clumsy layout, with a small dining table jammed at the foot of the stairs. And small-2 bedrooms means 3 or 4 inhabitants, so you can’t have company for a meal (unless someone wants to eat in the bathtub). And a dark, windowless bedroom? A disproportionate amount if the 1200sf is lost on aisles and hallways.

Sorry, but for 3million, that was a bit underwhelming. The bedrooms seemed small, the bathrooms seemed small and that initial entry was a total miss. I don't think I could truthfully describe the views as "great" either. The curved living space was nice but again for that price, I would seriously expect a separate dining room. With only two bedrooms and only 2000 sq ft, you're not getting a lot of value for the money. YMMV

Thank you for sharing a beautiful condo home. I love the foyer entrance lobby. The bedroom are gorgeous and that separate second entrance to the home is very nice. I take it there is a washer & dryer there in this home. And 1 or 2 parking space with this new building? Finally, I would need another bedroom making it 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to see the $3 Million Dollar value in this condo!!😊😊

Nice loft but Yikes. This is so badly placed especially the bathroom on the second floor. The bathroom should be in the back where the desk is with the closet and the bedroom and desk should be where the bathroom is.
