I like the concreate countertops and the ambient lighting but 2.8, give me some views and no columns interrupting the flow of the space. 1.5 tops.

Okay . When a realtor says a mid level finish to be “the best finishes he has ever seen” , you really do question their taste and ultimately , their ability . Nice finishes … lol have you heard of Christian liaigre ?

Nice loft but Yikes. This is so badly placed especially the bathroom on the second floor. The bathroom should be in the back where the desk is with the closet and the bedroom and desk should be where the bathroom is.
