Very nice. Looking forward to implement this Does the bot have the following features? 1. I want to display buttons , to guide the conversation? For example "tell us about your services " 2 can we display form or ask series of questions in order? 3. I want to ask qualifying question but based on a answer follow a separate branch of questions

1. Doesn't have display buttons as we want to act as a human and have an actual conversation. 2. You can absolutely ask questions in a specific order. 3. Hey guys i know that closebot has changed a little but i am running into my bot not adhereing to the maxium limits where it wont move onto the next objectives and its making the conversations very weird. any idea why this could be happening? i couldnt find anything in the help articles on closebot.

i think its been updated to the point where it is no longer needed with the API v2. Now you just do a simple webhook, follow the help guide in closebot

Yes! We currently have it follow up for 3 days in a row if a lead doesn't respond to the bot.

If I want the bot to send an outreach message instead, if use the "tag added" instead of the "customer replied", will it send an outreach message like before the update? I a doing cold outreach btw.

Yes. Are you wanting it to generate a different message for each contact for cold outreach or are you sending an SMS or email via a workflow while doing Cold Outreach? -- With the new always aware feature, you can use a workflow to send an SMS to your cold outreach list of contacts and when they reply, the bot will already have context of the initial message that prompted the response. Let us know if that answered your question. ++

How are you able to collect pre payment using closebot? Is it through a payment link or integrated within the calendar?

Both. Easiest way is integrating the payment through the calendar booking page. If our client is using a 3rd party calendar outside of GHL, we send them a payment link before sending calendar link and have the bot prompted to respond if somebody asks why they have to pay before booking. Hopefully that makes sense.

ZappyChat is still the gold standard particularly in the functionality within GHL. The advantage of customizing workflows out strips any UI benefits of Closebot. My opinion.

We must have different definitions of “Gold Standard” lol… And maybe you used a version of CloseBot back in the day that didn’t have workflows or customization? You can customize workflows, as well. We encourage anybody to see for themselves and try both all options and find what’s suitable for them. Everybody is certainly entitled to their own biased opinions. But opinions most likely without any actual use with real clients or at scale aren’t worth much. Our experience is from using each of the main platforms as paid users and coming to the conclusion that not only is CloseBot more sophisticated in terms of prompting for intended objectives / outcomes… it’s much easier to use and a lot more reliable… which is the biggest criteria for operating at scale with a big agency. We’ve built bots for small businesses and for large corporations. I agree people need to check out the solutions for themselves - as well as the many other KZbin videos with different opinions.

You’re the one who came to a CloseBot walkthrough to preach “the good word of ZappyChat” lol… 🤷♂️ We do lots of free training and have helped literally hundreds of Agency Owners without any expectation in return… we make 95% of our revenue actually running our own companies and got tired of the misinformation and failed agency owner / now “internet gurus” keeping agency owners spinning in circles and stuck in the same spot or worse off after years of bad guidance. That’s our main motivation, but we do have an affiliate link and even a paid Skool group (which is cheaper and provides more value than anything in our space) for those who would like more support / resources. We’ll continue to share as much 🔥🔥🔥 content and knowledge as we can from our experience building and running multiple 7 figure and 8 figure companies for those to take and run with. But again, we absolutely encourage anybody to try out and see what works best for them. 👍
