If I want the bot to send an outreach message instead, if use the "tag added" instead of the "customer replied", will it send an outreach message like before the update? I a doing cold outreach btw.

Yes. Are you wanting it to generate a different message for each contact for cold outreach or are you sending an SMS or email via a workflow while doing Cold Outreach? -- With the new always aware feature, you can use a workflow to send an SMS to your cold outreach list of contacts and when they reply, the bot will already have context of the initial message that prompted the response. IF this comes from a FB Lead form - Will the bot automatically reach out? Or would I need an automation to send a first text message to get the conversation started?

First message is an automation and then once the lead responds bot will take over.
