Hi, in my case IEC registered under proprietorship hence the details filled by CHA while first time with similar PAN as that of company. However now when tried to update iec using proprietor dsc however it's not accepted since in dsc it's his own PAN hence mismatch..How to resolve immediately... thanks! Is it possible for you to help on line by using any desk Further how much time normally it takes from dgft if need to update from proprietorship to LLP ?

The harsh reality is that bank don't finance packing credits without collateral. So export finance is only for the people having collateral available of higher value that the funding required. New entrepreneurs without collateral can enter into this business. Everything is hoax by the government. I currently hold order but unfortunately the funding is challeng. Banks won't support without collateral.

Dear Recently we have received an edpms pendency mail, for clearance of this and issuing a BRC, AXIS forex is demanding an amount of Rs1200 + tax which is very high. We have an ecommerce export business, the invoice value starts from 800 rs. A invoice value of Rs 800 and axis banks are charging 1200 + tax for knock off and issuing and brc. kindly help in solving this issue. Hope you understand.
