i found this song when i was at my absolute worst, on the edge of ending it every day. starving myself, and other things i’m sure you can imagine, completely ruining myself, going to appointment after appointment and on two different anti-depressants and every anxiety medication i could find. i was off school for 2 years. the most important 2 years of schooling, but the thought of even being seen by other people caused a panic attack, getting out of bed, feeding myself, and having any level of hygiene was not even in the picture for me. i lost my only two friends and my life kept getting darker. now in 2024, i have had my incredible boyfriend for a year and 3 months, i’m eating, i’m going to school, and currently looking for a job. i’m at my happiest i have ever been, and i’m coming off my medication. i know i’m not 100% recovered but i know i’m getting there. thank you luc, i wouldn’t be here without you.

Look, Heres the deal. I really don't think this is an undefined feelingwe are all literally feeling this we just have a hard time saying what it is. and yeah that's the definition of undefined by again, its not. look at yourself. this is about love. this is about looking into your heart and seeing that there is something you need that is not there. I guess what I mean by this is that whether it be natural causes or divine placement we are incomplete right now. we need to be perfect, we need to be enough, we need to be loved, and we are telling ourselves we're not. It doesn't matter if you believe we do this as an advanced evolutionary aspect in order to make us better at finding a mate, or the consequence of a perfect soul being marred by our choice of sin, the fact of the matter still remains we do not feel like we are enough. there is a sickening comfort at the bottom. I don't know if there's a way out, I believe there is but I don't know. I don't know if people simply exist like this, or if they too found ways to be loved. What I do know is that is just that. we need to be more than loved, we need to feel loved. that, of course, implies that first we need to be loved, which is hard for some people. but I know for a fact that it's going to be more than just that. One day, and I do mean one day because as long as you keep trying it will come, you will be loved. but in order to feel that love you will need to open up to it. and that is a journey only you can make. millions have before you, and millions will after. it will seem impossible, but it never will be done if you do not take that first step. there is a way out, and though it is long and cold and dark, it is a way out. failure is the canvas of greatness, and your story is far from over. just keep going. I promise it gets better as long as you try.
