I love the minerals!! I’m just not sure about the keto shakes. Are they approved by Dr. Berry too?

I love the Keto Chow Chocolate Shakes. I have one every morning for breakfast and every night for supper. For lunch, I have fatty meat and eggs each day. I have never felt better and I’m finally getting plenty of electrolytes.

Love this video! I keep telling people on and off my videos how versatile Keto Chow is, and how it doesn’t even compare price-wise to getting take out or the processed “meals” that don’t have the vitamins and minerals Keto Chow has. Great product, awesome people behind the product!

Amen! I’ve had this on my playlist for hours as I noticed when it came available. 😎👍🛴🎵 Meanwhile, I have exercised and have had a homemade breakfast including one of Keto Chow’s very best non-dairy options that is called Chocolate Core including their signature sourced stevia which, for me, is the very best way to nourish my body and hopefully improve my kidney function which is now in the high 90’s(GFR-GLOMERIZATION FILTRATION RATE)after a year of use! 🎉😮🎉😊🎉 My daughters are discussing sending me prepackaged meals and I’ll be sending them this excellent Memorial Day post by Chris and Miriam! 😊 HAVE A MEANINGFUL MEMORIAL DAY!!!🥹

I'm too picky an eater to go with the meal kits. But Keto Chow has saved me from going "off the wagon". I have quite the sweet tooth, and when I can have ice cream for dinner, it keeps me keto. My husband takes a shake to work every day and has that as lunch. I guess you can say we're fans. 😀

What initially led me to keto Chow was the desire for a grab-and-go healthy meal. Because I'm at work a lot and the more tired/ stressed I get, the worst my eating decisions are.

I’ve used Factor several times. (Took advantage of their incentive sales offers.) Their keto meals are tasty and are high fat. They rely on their sauces for the fat. I’d rather have bigger meat portions and less sauce. I would need to rely on their add-ons to get enough meat, and they aren’t cheap.

Ordering this sux - it states you can order drops or capsules but doesn’t have a way to choose which - and it says 2oz = 4 servings -- it doesn’t make sense -
@susanduczek404313 сағат бұрын
Okay - ya gotta click on the 2oz thing and it creates a dropbox of choices - super expensive ! Yowza !

I just ordered a Factor keto box. Yes, the introductory 50% makes it worth trying. I ordered a $100 worth of Keto Chow too. I plan on doing alternate day fasting with Factor meals, keto chow and eggs with bacon on feed days. So with all those parameters, meal boxes are kinda worth it, lol. The reason I’m not doing just keto chow is because, while great, it’s sweet. Having only sweets as a meal, at least for me, is not good for my sugar addiction. A balance is always better. Everyone’s needs is different. Good luck everyone.

Definitely can't afford Keto Chow...wish I could. Conversion from USD to Canadian, gotta take out a mortgage to buy. But looks like people really like it, so I will live vicariously through these videos and imagine what it tastes like. ❤

I'm on my second bottle now but there was a 6 week break between bottles (finances). I had to use my old electrolyte drops during that time. Cue my second bottle and having had that 6 week break, the difference is night and day for me. I find it pricey (NZ), but the improvement in the way I feel makes it a worthwhile spend 👍 Salty as all hell when first using, but I'm so used to it now it's a non-issue. Highly recommend🙏

It would help if you moved the expiration date up under the points earned in the email, instead of having the date near the bottom of the page.

For people who make & eat Keto Chow as a creami...are you eating a whole serving, just like if you made and ate a Keto Chow in shake form?
@KetoChowYoutube5 күн бұрын
Most people will eat an entire serving, but it can be quite filling.

I have the original pint sized Creami, not the deluxe. I make mine one of two ways: I either divide one shake between two Creami pints (they will be half full or a bit more) or, I make up 2 shakes at a time (2 servings) in the blender, and pour/divide the contents between 3 Creami pints. Those are somewhere close to 3/4 full. Sorry I can’t be more precise but I don’t closely measure the amount of water I use. Anyway, that’s about the most Creami ice cream I can consume at once. Hope this helps!

There is no need to mix the powdered electrolyte in a little water before adding the sparkling water. Just add a little sparkling water + the electrolyte powder, wait 15 seconds for it to de-fizz add a bit more sparkling water, repeat. Takes just a bit more time, but not much and one less step. Doesn’t go flat that way.

For the oreos to bring down the ldl level more than the statin, he took his triglycerides up and possibly lowered his hdl. When my ldl comes down, all my other numbers go in a negative direction. It makes no sense to restrict cholesterol from the body.

Hello! I have the individual 1.6 oz Keto Chow pkts and I was wondering if you know how much butter to use and would I use the whole pkt to make 1 pt Creami container and just add water to fill line? Sorry, I’m lost!
@KetoChowYoutube6 күн бұрын
You can use as much as you like depending on how many calories you want your Creami to have (I recommend 2 to 4 tablespoons). Most people will use one packet to make one Creami ice cream. Here is another video that may help: www.youtube.com/watch
@lisasportsman37076 күн бұрын
@@KetoChowKZbin thank you so much. I ended up doing 4T butter, 12oz warm water and 1 pkt (1.6oz) and that filled the 1 pint container to the max line. That tasted good to me. Thanks again and God bless you!

I was diagnosed with epilepsy and have been on over 20 medications plus implanted with a vagal nerve stimulator. The drugs turn me into a potato. God bless you for making this product. Some days it’s a struggle to even make it to the kitchen and just having these drinks/creami’s ready helps so much. You are making a difference in people’s lives. (Also infuriates me all the neurologists I went to never recommended keto. I had to find it on my own.)
