I have never had issues with stevia, that I know of. However, it is said the sweetness can create cravings and I don't know if it raises my insulin. I would to see a good watermelon, lime flavor. Maybe a Black Cherry would be nice. Thanks guys.

Love you guys and all your products. ❤ The texture on Saltt is amazing too and dissolves so well. Now, all that said, the citrus flavor is horrid and gives me flashbacks to those little barrel shaped “fruit” drinks they handed out at camp in the 80’s. 😂😂😂 Every other flavor is fantastic though. 😊

Thanks for developing SalTT and explaining just what's in those little packets. I'm Type 2 diabetic with RA, so I'm very sensitive to a long list of things. Doesn't take much to trigger an RA flare or glucose spike. Really appreciate this more affordable and clean electrolyte option on my budget. Enjoying them with no issues.

My integrative MD told me that malic acid is easily absorbed by the body and can really help the pain levels in those who have fibromyalgia, especially when it is with a magnesium.

I do want to start with the Carmel and cocoa are amazing! No problems-a+. I had purchased early on a couple of variety packages- one for my sister and one for me. Unfortunately in both of the packages, both purchased close to same times, were hit or miss. Sometimes the same flavors were amazing other times tasted like chemicals or soap. I feel like something went wrong early on. I love keto chow and everything else. My hope is that any kinks will be worked out. I want this to work 💜

I do have trouble with stevia but not the stevia in the SaltT. Thank you for using this kind of Stevia because I can’t use Lmnt electrolytes, I always have allergic reaction to Lmnt.

Thank you. I'm so glad the stevia works well for you.

LMNT uses maltodextrin...250-550mg/packket. That may explain your allergic reaction.

I’m presently trying the saltt flavors. I like that you have more potassium and magnesium in your product compared to some others. My only complaint is that the packets are wide and don’t fit well into a water bottle. And the powder seems to be “charged” and wants to cling to the packaging preventing a “free flow”. Thanks for your contributions to the keto world. Missed you two in Austin !

We started 5 years ago with KetoChow electrolytes, but then changed to KetoChow's Daily Minerals several years ago. What is wrong with using Daily Minerals ? We put some in ALL of the water we drink and love it.
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
Nothing is wrong at all; you are getting your electrolytes plus all the important minerals.
@jev28578 ай бұрын
Would you consider posting a basic recipe for your SALTT electrolytes like some of your competitors do? I know you have previously posted the recipe for making your own Keto Chow (recognizing that most people will use the same economic metric as I did - better to buy from you!).
@miriambair8 ай бұрын
I'll see if I can find those posts. That is a good idea. Thanks. We would have to research how to find the minerals in those forms for consumers to purchase in small amounts.

You guys really put a lot of thought into this product, and it's *incredibly* appreciated. I do have one question regarding the safety of potassium chloride - is it true it can be especially hard on the stomach? (I've got Crohn's Disease, so that subject is always something that makes me stand up and take note.)
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
Potassium chloride could sometimes cause gastrointestinal discomfort if taken in large doses or on an empty stomach. However, in appropriate amounts, it's generally well-tolerated for most everyone and is also absorbed well by the body.

You say that there are no colorings in these. So are all but the chocolate ones clear? I need clear liquids for colonoscopy prep coming up and electrolytes would be very helpful
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
There are no added colorings; chocolate contains cocoa powder, which naturally gives it a chocolate color.

I have a question. Am I to late for an answer? Any on February 29th I was hospitalized because sodium was to low. I take another companies electrolytes every morning. Apparently not enough sodium for me. Will SALTT help to raise my sodium? I also sodium in my good but apparently still not enough. HELP. I don't want to take salt pills prescribed by my doctor.

Hello, I have tried salty clean slate. I used it in hot water with coconut oil and apple cider vinegar I found it to have a funky taste. I tried it with plain water and it still tasted chemically. Could it be the acacia gum? Thanks.
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
The clean slate does not have any flavoring so does not use acacia gum.

Is it possible to buy the stevia you use, as a stand alone product? I have yet to find a stevia brand that does not have a bitter aftertaste.
@KetoChowYoutube7 ай бұрын
We haven't ever seen the same stuff available in a retail package - the place that we use to mix and package SALTT blends it from the raw ingredients. The big problem with pure Reb extracts is they are exceptionally difficult to measure in powdered form unless you add a bulking agent (like maltodextrin, which we don't use) a change in air pressure could make your scale be off enough to add +/- 40%. That's why most concentrated stevia extracts mix it with a lot of water so you can easily measure it by the drop. But again: I've never see the specific stuff we use available any way but in 50lb bags.

Why does the new packaging not have the nutritional info when it’s mixed with butter like the old packaging?

Due to space constraints on our packaging, we couldn't include the nutritional info when Keto Chow is mixed with butter. However, you can find this information on the card included with new orders and on our website.

I am trying your Saltt and on a ketovore diet. I am still getting leg/foot cramps Should I be taking a magnesium supplement as well to stop the cramps?
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
Leg and foot cramps can indeed be common on such a diet due to electrolyte imbalances. Adding a magnesium supplement could potentially help alleviate those cramps, as magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle function and relaxation. However, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional if things don't get better.

I have the electrolyte capsules for my husband…how many capsules would be equal to a saltt? I’m trying to get him off Gatorade
@KetoChowYoutube8 ай бұрын
SALTT has 178 mg of magnesium, 415 mg of potassium, and 969 mg of sodium. That would be roughly equivalent to 3 capsules.
