7:55 This actually made me curious enough to ask ChatGPT 4.0 some more specific questions as to your example. I wanted to guess how to say "who is that man?". So I guess "Jeo namjaga nuguseyo?". GPT corrects my mismatched formality levels and says "Jeo namjaneun nuguyeyo?". I then ask why not use the subject marking particle "ga/i" as in "jeo sarami nuguyeyo?" GPT says "person" is a more general noun than "man" in the context of asking specifically about their identity. So, the subject marking particle added to namja may add some potential awkwardness or unnecessary emphasis relative to instead using the topic marking particle eun/neun. I was like, Ahhh, kinda like in English how you emphasize with vocal inflection as in "Who is THAT man", implying something is curious, odd, or nuanced about him. You may not want to indicate such emphasis on the subject, the man, in such a way, hence using eun/neun is a more neutral option. The rabbit holes we go down, lol...

I'm now watching your video and for 2 mins you explained the present tense vowel logic in such a simple way that it just stuck in my head. THANK YOU SO SO SOOO VERY MUCH!!! PS: do you have the same video but for formal verbs with mnida ending?

How do you know that there’s an “I” in the verbs you’re using when you’re not actually saying the pronoun “I”? Like why is it “I will eat” instead of “we will eat” or “they will eat”?

Where was this video when I needed it the most? It's so helpful! Last year, my partner and I traveled to Korea to meet his family. We got separated in the metro because he rushed onto a departing train, and I was too slow to board. As the perfect gentleman he is, he was carrying my bag with my passport, wallet and of course, my phone.😭 People around me saw what happened but ignored me, maybe because they were afraid to speak English. Even a worker turned away to avoid me. 😢 This video would have been a lifesaver!

if anyone is struggling with future tense, remember, "geo-ye-yo" (i apologize I don't have Korean on my keyboard). the first syllable "geo" sounds like go, so you're going to in the future tense!

I like your videos and the explanations on them, but the only big problem they have, is a lot of jumps between frames. There are a lot of them ! . They are visually breaking the flow of your speech and distub concentration and focus on your explanations. You have this "dynamic effect" in all your videos. By the way: the PDF is never sent. Can you add a direct link please? Thanks
