@ it’s obvious because one who watches the world and everything around us would realize that nothing we see ever matches the FE claims. sun and moon don’t appear smaller and smaller when they „go away“ and don’t get bigger and bigger again when they „come back“.. if they were local and circling above the ground around the whole world they would have to. and there should be millions of sightings of different sides of the moon every day but there aren’t. everyone ever just saw the one side from earth that's facing us always.. just a few simple facts.

The earth does not move orbit it tilts, over time the earth spins on its axis, because there is not enough friction in space to stop it from slightly tilting while it spins. If you ever used a gyroscope in Physics you can tell that when a spinning body tilts it will be pulled back, because of friction in the air and on the string, each tilt will be less until it’s perfectly spinning flat, in space there is no friction at such a scale so it the earth continues the momentum to tilt the other direction (winter) respectfully: IT DOES NOT MOVE AWAY FROM THE SUN OR CHANGE ITS ORBIT. (Now given I will recognize the earths orbit is not perfect, and is slightly oblong, however the scale between the sun and earth is so massive this change can only be detected by a extremely insignificant amount of energy, also because the sun’s temperature is constantly changing by slight amounts every year it is basically unnoticeable, basically it’s not the difference in distance that changes the temperature but angle light is hitting.) The reason less energy hits when it’s tilted is the suns energy (because of the nothingness of space) flys in a straight line, so earth is hit almost exactly equally every year, however if you take a sheet of paper and spin it 45° next to light you will notice the area the light can hit (by flying in a straight direction) gets a lot smaller (by 50% if exactly 45°) heat works the same as light so because there is less surface area for the suns light (and heat) to hit, it becomes colder. This is also located in Scott Base Antartica, if you want you can take a plane flight there (given it would probably cost you a bit more then a normal flight) to watch this happen for yourself.
