Very smoothe & controlled techniques 🤜🫷 I was wondering what style, is it Tong Long that you are demonstrating ?

This is Tai chi praying mantis fist. This is the first and oldest tong long system.

I’ll look into it 👍 I’m a Bajiquan & Baguazhang man. & my own Australia 🇦🇺 Animal style Roo Quan / Kangaroo 🦘 Kungfu 👍 Using the principles & mechanics of all of styles I have trained in as well as the imitation of our amazing Kangaroos 🦘

When your a wing chun practitioner and someone hands you a hula hoop for the first time. 🤣 In all seriousness though, this is some serious good work and control. I would join your class if I had the opportunity

This is some real technique right here. You make it look so easy and fluid as well as powerful. I'm amazed by your level of skill. Are you familiar with a street defence system called the "52 blocks" ? Videos can be found on KZbin. I myself have just purchased a stainless steel wing chun chi Sao ring. I hope it will help with my coordination as I get my hand technique placement confused. Thank you for sharing. 🙇♂️
